This product is a natural diamond high-gloss mirror turning tool produced by our company. The cutting material of the tool tip is high quality natural industrial diamond. It is suitable for the processing of non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum, zinc, titanium, etc.) and the end face and outer round part of the organic sheet. After the assembly is cut on a CNC machine tool with good stability, the machined surface of the workpiece can produce a mirror effect, and the finish can reach RA0.1.
The tool is composed of natural diamond (PCD) polishing knife, polishing effect is good, fine grain. The grinding process of the tool is mature, the chip removal performance is excellent, and the polishing of dozens of sheets can be completed at one time. It is the preferred tool for batch polishing of organic sheets, high efficiency, high yield and high brightness.
1) In the process of machining different materials and achieving different results, it is recommended to use a tool with a short cutting edge as far as possible. Because the cutting edge is too long or the tool body is too long, it will cause the adjustment and deviation during processing, resulting in the damage of the tool and the quality of the processed product.
2) Be sure to use the appropriate size of the jacket, due to serious wear or not round enough and the inner hole with taper jacket, can not provide enough clamping force, resulting in vibration or twisted tool handle and fly off.
3) When the tool is found to have uneven contact marks or grooves on the tool handle after clamping, it indicates that there is slippage or deformation of the internal hole of the fixture. The jacket should be replaced immediately. The tool handle and jacket must be sufficiently tightened to encourage the tool handle to break or cause accidents.
4) Keep the tool clean after the work is finished, and use standard industrial solvents to remove the dirt stuck on the tool.
5) Do not arbitrarily from the sharpening tool and change the tool type, because each grinding process requires professional grinding equipment and professional grinding skills. Otherwise, it is easy to cause the knife edge to break, resulting in accidents.
