But its crystallization is anisotropic and the tool is expensive. The cutting speed, feed speed and cutting depth depend on the workpiece material and hardness. Because there are some residual bonding metals and graphite between diamond particles, the bonding metals are distributed in the form of coalescence or vein, which can reduce the wear resistance and service life of the tool. In addition, there is residual solvent metal, which is in direct contact with the diamond surface.
