Therefore, it should be used under the working condition of balance and no vibration as far as possible. At the same time, the rigidity of workpiece and tool and the rigidity of the whole system should be improved as far as possible, and the anti-seismic ability should be increased.
     The higher cutting speed can reduce the cutting force, while the lower cutting speed will increase the cutting force, thus accelerating the cutting edge failure. Therefore, the cutting speed should not be too low when using single crystal diamond tools.
    It should be avoided to contact the single crystal diamond tool with the workpiece or other hard objects in the static state, so as to prevent the cutting edge from being damaged, and avoid stopping when the tool does not leave the workpiece during cutting.
