The diamond polishing knife consists of two kinds of materials: PCD polycrystalline diamond rough polishing knife and ND natural diamond fine polishing knife, which are successively mounted on the special polishing knife disc. It can finish rough and fine polishing of acrylic sheet at one time in the diamond polishing machine, edging machine, CNC center or milling machine and other equipment.
The cutting tool is composed of natural diamond (PCD) fine throwing tool with good polishing effect and fine grain.
With mature grinding technology and excellent chip removal performance, the tool can finish polishing dozens of plates at one time. It is the first choice for batch polishing of organic plates, high efficiency, high yield and highlighting.
