Diamond tool brittleness is large, the blade is very sharp, when the impact is easy to produce collapse edge, so as far as possible in the balance, no vibration of the working conditions to use, but also should be as far as possible to improve the rigidity of the workpiece and tool and the rigidity of the whole system, increase its seismic capacity, cutting dosage below more than 0.05mm is appropriate.
High cutting speed can reduce the cutting force, while low cutting speed can increase the cutting force, thus accelerating the tool collapse failure. Therefore, the cutting speed should not be too low when using single crystal diamond tool.
Avoid contact between the single crystal diamond tool and the workpiece or other hard objects in the static state, so as to prevent injury to the cutting edge and avoid shutdown when the tool does not leave the workpiece
Diamond knife blade is easy to damage, when the blade does not work with rubber or plastic cap to protect the blade and put in a separate knife box for storage, before each use with alcohol to clean the blade before working

The disadvantage of diamond tool is poor thermal stability. When the cutting temperature exceeds 700℃ ~ 800℃, it will completely lose its hardness. In addition, it is not suitable for cutting ferrous metals, because diamond (carbon) at high temperatures tend to interact with iron atoms, causing carbon atoms to change into graphite

The handle chamfer layout is easier to clamp and the laser marking quality of the handle is more guaranteed.
